1. SERVICES: Jauntlet provides a tool which allows you as the user to plan your travels or other activities related to being in various locations at various times. You may share these plans with other by incorporating Jauntlets services on other sites. You may see which other users of Jauntlet are planning on being or have been in the same places as you.

2. REGISTRATION: In order to register with and use Jauntlet owned and operated by Thomas Kincaid, you (user) must agree to these legally binding Terms of Service (TOS). By using Jauntlets services whether on the website jauntlet.com or through services provided by Jauntlet which are integrated with other websites, you are bound by this agreement. You must indicate your agreement with these TOS in the registration process.

3. CHANGES: These TOS may change at any time and you will be bound by the most recent version which will be available at http://www.jauntlet.com/tos.aspx. The TOS incorporate Jauntlets privacy policy available at http://www.jauntlet.com/privacy.

4. AGE: You must be 13 years of age or older to use Jauntlet and must actively certify that you are in the registration process.

5. USE: You may use Jauntlet for non-commercial personal purposes. Performing artists may use Jauntlet on an individual basis to provide information about performances. Users wishing to use Jauntlet for any other use must contact Jauntlet at info@juantlet.com and receive explicit permission to do so. Any service provided by Jauntlet to you must always be made available at no cost to the other users. You may not use Jauntlet in any way that is meant to disrupt or cause problems with Jauntlets services or with the usage of Jauntlet by other users.

6. NO LIABILITIES: Jauntlet offers no warranties or guarantees of service. The service may be unavailable or fail at any time for any reason. Use of Jauntlet is at the full risk of the user. Jauntlet assumes no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage that may result from use of this service and information obtained through it, including contact with other users and any activity that may result from it. Jauntlet offer no warrantee or assurance that any personal information stored with Jauntlet including, but not limited to, passwords and email addresses may be inadvertently exposed to the public or certain individuals. Jauntlet offer no indemnity that use of Jauntlet may violate the terms of service of other websites or any local, national, or international laws. You agree to indemnify Jauntlet and Thomas Kincaid from any and all legal claims that may result your use of Jauntlets services.

7. LOSS OR DAMAGE: Jauntlet is not responsible for any damages or loss that may result from the use of or reliance on advertisements or affiliate programs available on Jauntlets website.

8. ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES: You may not conduct any illegal activity on or through Jauntlets services including, but not limited to: Posting copyrighted material. Stalking or harassing other users. Posting information intended to mislead other users. Posting defamatory material. Posting offensive or obscene material.

9. SUBMITTED MATERIAL: All material and content uploaded and stored with Jauntlet becomes the property of Jauntlet and Thomas Kincaid and may be used for any other purposes including promotion or republication in any and all media. Any and all information stored on Jauntlet may be removed at any time for any reason. Any account may be revoked at any time for any reason.

10. CHARGES: Jauntlet reserves the right to charge any fee for any service currently provided at no cost.

11. JURISDICTION: All use of Jauntlet shall be governed by the laws of The United States of America and New York State.
